DANIEL D’OTTAVIO

Daniel D’Ottavio was born and raised in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada Mountains. An early modeling career led him into the creative world of fashion, where he was inspired by the images he helped create. However, it was not until the day he was given his grandfather’s Pentax camera that he realized his passion was to be on the other end of the lens. Ever since, he has been shooting while working with models and designers from all over the world.

Daniel shoots with the intention of capturing the inherent beauty of an individual. Whether the result is cutting edge, shocking, traditional, or playful, every picture tells a unique story and pulls the viewer into a whole new world. His approach allows him to work with clients ranging from young children to adults. Prior to his recent relocation to Brooklyn, New York, he lived and worked in Milan assisting fashion photographers and shooting the runways for Italy’s prestigious Men’s Fashion Week.

STEVE LEMIG

Steve Lemig is a freelance writer and advertising copywriter based just outside San Diego. He handily braved a significant plane ride and the climes of the extreme north to pen an account of geological extremes for his debut with TGM. His interests range far and wide, from snowboarding and mountain biking to golf and fine food. One of his cherished outdoor experiences was a hiking and camping trip in back the country of the Joshua Tree National Forest, during which it started to snow. Though he enjoys traveling as often as possible, he says “If there was a way to bring Iceland closer—perhaps setting off some tectonics—I would go for that.” Originally from Colorado, Steve is at home in both rustic wilderness and metropolitan cultural centers. When not exploring the great outdoors, Steve splits his time developing ads for clients such as Disney, Mrs. Fields Cookies and Help-U-Sell Real Estate, and writing for AOL Sports online magazine Lat34.com. He graduated from Colorado State University with a BA in Journalism and Technical Communication featuring a Public Relations emphasis and Marketing Minor. His favorite ice cream flavor is Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup.
