Asia De Cuba

Asia De Cuba is far from another fusion-themed, high end restaurant. Each dish is handcrafted to perfection mirroring its trendy atmosphere. For starters, the succulent Asian Spiced Pork Spare Ribs is a great choice. The Sweet Soy Glaze enhances the tender meat of this tasty appetizer. The Roasted Corn and Avocado Salad is also a welcomed treat. Asia De Cuba’s seafood is the main reason why this South Beach eatery is a favorite. All the sides are fantastic, but the one that earns its keep is the Lobster-Boniato Mash. The idea alone is intriguing. With its luscious shrimp combined with sweet potato taste, this gem of a dish takes you out to sea with a hint of home. The Coconut Mustard Seed Sustainable Chilean Sea Bass is worth every penny. This fresh, off-the-boat classic entices, but never overwhelms the palate. Its refined taste is complimented by a bouquet of seasonings.

  • My First Time
My first time playing golf was in Queensland, Australia, actually, in 1996. It was a celebrity weekend event and I was in television at that time. That weekend I was playing with a bunch of other actors, national soccer players, swimmers and athletes. Some were great and some were only doing it for the first time. It was a very interesting event. Ultimately, I think golf is a great equalizer because you can be strong, but without a good swing or balance or grip the ball is not going to go anywhere.
