Tiger Woods posted an official statement on his Web site www.tigerwoods.com apologizing for his “transgressions” and asked for privacy during this matter. “No matter how intense curiosity about public figures can be, there is an important and deep principle at stake which is the right to some simple, human measure of privacy,” stated Woods. I think Tiger should be held up to the same level of scrutiny as any other public figure. He chose the spotlight so now he's going to have to live in it!
